HELIH® – short for Highly Efficient Lowpower Intelligent Handle – is an innovative window and French door handle with an integrated KNX wireless module. Designed for seamless integration into KNX systems, HELIH® communicates via the KNX RF Multi Media Coupler from ise Individuelle Software und Elektronik GmbH.

Thanks to a variety of integrated sensors, the HELIH® provides comprehensive data points for precise monitoring of window and handle statuses. An electromechanical lock with feedback function ensures additional security. A glass break detector can be connected as an option, with signal evaluation carried out directly by the HELIH® – without the need for a separate power source.

The HELIH® offers comprehensive automation options: switching functions, safety messages, energy optimisation and early damage prevention can be implemented individually. An RGB LED and a capacitive touch field enable modern, user-friendly operation.

Thanks to standardised 43 mm mounting hole spacing (in accordance with DIN 18267), the HELIH® is compatible with most standard window profiles, regardless of whether they are turn-only or tilt-and-turn windows. A compact flat magnet for status monitoring can be discreetly glued or screwed in place. Alternatively, a housing for surface mounting is available.

The HELIH® KNX wireless window handle impresses with a variety of intelligent functions that significantly increase safety, comfort, energy efficiency and damage prevention. Reliable communication within the smart home system is ensured by the secure KNX RF Secure mode. The integrated sensors enable precise monitoring of window and handle statuses, while an electromechanical lock with feedback provides additional security. A glass break sensor can be integrated as an option, whose signals are processed directly by the HELIH® – without an additional power source. Tampering and break-in attempts can be detected at an early stage, enabling preventive protective measures to be taken. Temperature warnings in case of extreme cold or heat support energy-efficient operation. Control via a capacitive touch field and intuitive feedback via an RGB LED enable modern, user-friendly operation. In combination with a wide range of automation and smart home functions, the HELIH® offers a future-proof solution for intelligent buildings – KNX-certified, of course.
