Lars Hagenlocher joins the management of VIDEOR

Lars Hagenlocher joins the management of VIDEORThe grandson of the company founder Ernst Hartig represents the founding family in the company management as second managing director.

Lars Hagenlocher is now the second managing director of VIDEOR E. Hartig GmbH. The grandson of the company founder is the third generation of the family to be a shareholder in the Rödermark-based company. Before joining the management team, he initially served as chairman of the supervisory board and, since 2023, has been part of the team for securing the future, which, among other things, deals with the digital transformation and the development of the solutions business unit.

In his new role, Lars Hagenlocher aims to profile the family-owned company as an attractive employer and drive forward the innovative development of the individual business units: “I’ve learned a lot about Videor in recent years. I’m all the more excited to lead the company into the future together with Dominik Mizdrak and the entire team – I firmly believe that we will continue to celebrate many successes together with our customers and partners as we move forward. Because Dominik and I share the central corporate values: trust, commitment, partnership, customer focus and social engagement. They are the foundation of our 50-year success story and will continue to serve as our compass in the future. My particular focus will be on ensuring that we continue to develop as an employer in order to have and gain good and satisfied employees. And it is important to make Videor future-proof, both in our core competence as a distributor and as an expert in the solutions and services sector of our industry.”

Dominik Mizdrak, first managing director and shareholder of Videor, is also looking forward to working together: “I know and respect Lars very much and I am sure that we, as a team, will master the challenges of a changing industry and successfully take advantage of new opportunities. In the face of the crises of our time, security is becoming more and more important. The industry will have to overcome major challenges in the coming years and we, as Videor, will make our contribution to overcoming these challenges with our partners.”
