OpenText™ announces the availability of Cloud Editions (CE) 25.3. The new version showcases new ways organisations can use AI, cloud technology and cybersecurity to improve their business operations. CE 25.3 comes at a time when many organisations are accelerating their digital transformation. MyAviator allows users to search, summarise and analyse all types of content in a personal workspace and convert it into usable formats such as reports or podcasts. Unlike generic AI tools, MyAviator offers enterprise-grade security standards, support for multiple languages and seamless integration with OpenText platforms.
- DevOps Aviator + GitHub Copilot: AI for software development in regulated industries
OpenText introduces the integration of DevOps Aviator with GitHub Copilot into product lifecycle management (PLM). Developers in highly regulated industries can use it to automate tasks such as documentation, test generation and ticket assignment via voice commands. The solution accelerates software delivery while ensuring traceability and meeting governance requirements. It combines agile development with centralised control at the enterprise level.

The new OpenText Core Communications platform sets a new standard in customer communications management. In addition, OpenText Core Content Management has received premium qualification for SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud. This provides medium-sized companies with an end-to-end, cloud-oriented solution for securely managing documents and accelerating processes in SAP environments.
- OpenText Core Content + SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud: Cloud-First Content Management
OpenText Core Content Management is now premium qualified for SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud. The solution offers companies a cloud-oriented platform for collaborative content management, automated workflows and AI-powered analytics. The new integrated SaaS offering is available in the SAP Store and supports core business processes such as order-to-cash and procure-to-pay. Users can continue to work in their familiar SAP interface without having to switch environments.
- OpenText Core TDR with Content Management: AI-powered cybersecurity for enterprise content
In light of increasing cyber threats, OpenText combines secure information management with Threat Detection & Response (TDR) and integrates this functionality into OpenText Content Management. Using behavioural analytics and artificial intelligence, the solution helps security teams identify insider threats and anomalous user behaviour when intellectual property is accessed in content management systems. OpenText Core TDR identifies this new form of potential risk early on, reducing the likelihood of data breaches and intellectual property loss. Protection can be further enhanced in conjunction with Microsoft Defender or Entra ID.

The AI-powered OpenText Document Presentment for SAP Solutions solution is designed to help IT and customer experience leaders create accurate, personalised and timely communications at scale. The solution integrates seamlessly with SAP S/4HANA and SAP Business Suite. It enables companies to convert ERP data elements and structured data directly within SAP into customer-centric communications. This makes processes more efficient and ensures that target groups are reached reliably at the right time.
