Natural smoke and heat ventilation: powerful and energy-efficient

SHEV and ventilation specialist Aumüller Aumatic presented its complete SHEV range for every type of use at the fire protection trade fair Feuertrutz in Nuremberg. Natural smoke and heat extraction saves lives in the event of a fire and is also extremely energy-efficient. Window drives and control technology from Aumüller enable rapid smoke extraction, regardless of the type of use of the building or individual parts of the building. The Aumüller portfolio covers all building areas with individual and user-friendly solutions, whether stairwells, assembly areas, production halls or lift shafts.

Powerful drives for every requirement
No chain drive in its size class can do more. The KS8 from Aumüller applies an impressive 800 N of force to the chain in a controlled manner to safely open and close even large-format façade elements. Only the KS15 chain drive is even stronger, moving even heavy windows in the roof area effortlessly. The exact opposite is the compact KS4 chain drive for integration into the façade. It convinces with smart connectivity, because the Connect Click from Aumüller, which can be plugged in on both sides, enables the flexible combination of up to three drives and two locking drives.

Power and intelligence
The control centres from Aumüller supply the SHEV system with power and receive messages from SHEV buttons and automatic triggers. They control smoke and heat dissipation and monitor all components for faults. From the EMB7300 compact control centre with radio system to the EMB8000+ modular control centre with bus system, all requirements can be met – regardless of the type of use.

Energy efficiency with Lift Smoke Free lift shaft smoke extraction from Aumüller
By temporarily closing a permanently open smoke extraction opening, the solution saves an average of up to 15,000 kWh per year in lifts. New: Lift Smoke Free now has three building authority-approved solution concepts with different fire detection with linear or point detectors and a smoke aspiration system.
