  • Sale of Bosch’s security and communication technology product business to Triton completed as of 30 June 2025
  • World-renowned brands for video systems, access control and intrusion detection technology, and communication systems unite under the umbrella of the new KEENFINITY Group

New owner, new company name: the sale of the Bosch Group’s security and communication technology product business to the European investment company Triton has been successfully completed. After receiving all necessary approvals, the KEENFINITY Group is now an independent company in Triton’s portfolio.

‘We are looking forward to our future as an independent company and are confident that, with Triton as our partner, we will be able to realise our full potential,’ says Peter Löffler, CEO of Keenfinity. “Our renowned brands stand for quality, reliability and innovation and form a solid foundation for future growth. With a global presence, excellent products and a dedicated team, we will continue to focus on our customers’ expectations and evolving market requirements.”

Keenfinity brings together globally recognised, industry-leading product brands that stand for quality, reliability and technological excellence, positioning the group well to shape the security and communications technology of the future. The product range includes state-of-the-art intelligent video systems, advanced access control and intrusion detection technology, and professional communication systems from the renowned brands Bosch, Electro-Voice, Dynacord, RTS and Telex.

All products are developed and manufactured by Keenfinity. Production sites in Straubing, Germany; Ovar, Portugal; Hermosillo, Mexico; and Zhuhai, China, as well as affiliated distribution centres, enable flexible production in Europe, America and Asia.

‘Keenfinity is at the heart of our investment strategy to further develop market-leading companies. We see significant untapped potential and want to support the company by investing in its brands, technology, sales and marketing strategies – bringing our expertise from the successful establishment and development of other companies in the security and building technology sector,’ says Sachin Jivanji, Investment Advisory Professional at Triton.

Some of the group’s international subsidiaries will not begin the process of rebranding to Keenfinity until after 1 July 2025. This is merely a name change and does not affect ownership or operations in the respective countries.
