Brivo opens new regional office in London and strengthens its presence in the UK market

April 27, 2026

Brivo is continuing to expand its presence in Europe and has opened a new regional office in London. The company aims to use this location to provide targeted support to its rapidly growing customer base in the United Kingdom and Ireland. The expansion includes local sales, marketing and support structures, as well as technical consultancy, sales engineering and customer success.

According to the company, the UK is currently one of Brivo’s most dynamic growth markets in Europe. At the same time, the country has one of the world’s largest installed bases of security systems, many of which are due for modernisation. Added to this are extensive investments in infrastructure and urbanisation, which are further driving demand for intelligent security solutions.

The expansion focuses on marketing the Brivo Security Suite. The platform combines access control, video analytics, visitor management and intrusion detection in an integrated environment. According to Brivo, the solution can also be integrated into existing camera and access infrastructures without requiring a complete replacement of existing systems. Open interfaces are also intended to facilitate integrations with third-party providers.

With the London office, Brivo is also creating facilities for meetings, product demonstrations and training. This is intended to provide partners and end customers in particular with direct access to consultancy and training.

In parallel with the opening of the office, the company is presenting its solutions at The Security Event in Birmingham. The trade fair appearance also marks the first major UK event following the merger of Brivo with Eagle Eye Networks in December 2025.

The current portfolio includes several AI-based applications such as remote video monitoring, precise people and vehicle recognition, and mobile assistance solutions. Particular emphasis is placed on the AI video agent ‘Eeva’, which, according to the company, is designed to optimise both security processes and operational workflows, thereby delivering rapid economic benefits.
