CES 2025: AITEM Solutions – LAIKA: AI-powered diagnostic solution

January 12, 2025

AITEM Solutions, an artificial intelligence company, has unveiled its latest innovation at CES 2025: LAIKA (pictured above).

The AI-powered platform helps vets to make diagnoses and optimises accuracy and efficiency in veterinary practices.

Key features of LAIKA

  • Data analysis: Vets can upload patient data, which LAIKA analyses to provide useful information to support diagnosis.
  • Integration of lab results: LAIKA processes biochemical blood tests, blood counts and urine samples to develop diagnostic hypotheses that serve as a basis for further investigations.
  • Virtual chat and document upload: The platform facilitates the workflow with an integrated virtual chat and the ability to upload documents directly.
  • LAIKA Voice (Beta): The new voice function enables seamless interactions, further optimising workflows.

Transferability to other industries

Although LAIKA was developed specifically for veterinary medicine, AITEM Solutions is using CES 2025 to highlight the potential of its AI technologies for other sectors, including the security industry. The ability to analyse large amounts of data and make accurate predictions opens up possibilities for applications in areas such as surveillance, risk analysis and decision support.

With LAIKA, AITEM Solutions shows how specialised AI solutions can facilitate access to accurate diagnoses and also build a bridge to other industries in the process.
