Christian Wache new Key Account Manager for the sales region of Western Germany

EKS Engel FOS GmbH & Co. KG, Wenden, has strengthened its field sales team with Christian Wache. The 35-year-old electronics specialist has been working in the automation sector since 2010 and most recently worked in sales at Tsubaki Kabelschlepp GmbH. At EKS, as Key Account Manager, he is responsible for the project business in the sales region of Western Germany, which includes the federal state of North Rhine-Westphalia as well as parts of Lower Saxony, Hesse and Rhineland-Palatinate. His tasks include, in particular, customer support, business development with existing and new customers, project support and collaboration on the sales strategy.
Christian Wache initially trained as an electronics technician for industrial engineering and later completed further training as a state-certified technician specialising in electrical engineering as well as the postgraduate course in business administration for state-certified technicians with the degree “Bachelor Professional”. His professional career began in 2008 in the electronics testing department of EMG Automation GmbH. Further stations were the application engineering department of Fuhrländer AG and the electronics production of Drehmo GmbH. Since 2018, he then worked in technical sales at Tsubaki Kabelschlepp GmbH, where he was responsible for customer-specific solutions for cables and connectors, among other things.
EKS Engel offers intelligent network solutions that are used wherever maximum reliability is required, for example in factory and process automation, in transport or in security technology and smart city applications. The product range includes fibre optic systems for fieldbuses and Ethernet switches as well as systems for the transmission of audio, video and telephone signals. The company also supports users with a wide range of services, from customised hardware and software developments to the planning and implementation of tailor-made infrastructures for data communication.
