dormakaba has signed an agreement to sell dormakaba Kuwait for Ready Made Windows LLC (‘dormakaba Kuwait’) to local management. The transaction was completed on 19 February 2025. The parties have agreed not to disclose the financial terms of the transaction.
The company remains committed to the market and its customers. With the closing of the transaction, the local management has taken over the service business activities in Kuwait and will act as a leading service partner in the country. Under the new ownership, the company will operate as Dormatic Kuwait. The transaction is in line with dormakaba’s strategic focus on core markets and complexity reduction.
