Electrical Engineering 2023: Comelit and BAB Technologie enter into cooperation with kick-off in Dortmund

February 2, 2023

With the INTERCOM MODULE from BAB Technologie, the full integration of a video door intercom system into the building visualisation is possible. Now this also applies to all IP-based video door intercoms from Comelit. This opens up completely new possibilities, not only for Comelit customers. The strategic cooperation of the two hidden champions serves to further expand KNX Smart Home possibilities in the field of building automation and defines the new standard in the security technology segment.

“The integration of video intercoms from different manufacturers into smart environments is one of the most common requirements of our market. With the INTERCOM MODULE, we have created a flexible solution for easy implementation of this task. We are particularly pleased that we can now welcome one of the most sought-after manufacturers on board and offer all users of Comelit products the opportunity to integrate them into KNX systems,” says Stefan Mainka, Business Development Manager at Dortmund-based BAB TECHNOLOGIE.

“We can’t wait to present the possibilities of this cooperation to interested installers at the upcoming trade fair for electrical engineering in Dortmund and to reaffirm our claim, which is reflected in our slogan -With You Always-. With BAB-Technologie as a strong partner, we are also pleased to be able to show the entire industry completely new perspectives with Comelit products,” adds Daniel Latzke, Technical Manager Comelit.

The team is looking forward to welcoming visitors – also with prior appointment – at the respective stands (Comelit Hall 3 Stand 3.A1 / BAB-Technologie Hall 4 Stand 4.E30) and presenting the innovations.
