G DATA expands its German sales team with five new sales specialists

October 19, 2022

G DATA is reacting to the high demand for cyber defence solutions and services “Made in Germany” and is expanding its sales team with five new sales specialists: Felix Adami, Pia Schmidt-Wallesch, Sebastian Eisenstein, Lea Wübbelmann and Felix Gehlen are strengthening the Bochum-based company. The team around Andy Felbinger (Head of Sales Germany) focuses on even closer and personal support for partners and customers.

Security solutions and services from G DATA CyberDefense are currently in high demand in the channel. Companies and resellers rely on local security companies with a German location. Stable prices and personal support are further important factors. G DATA has therefore expanded its sales team by five new colleagues to a total of 19 people. In the near future, two more sales experts will take up their work at G DATA CyberDefense. In the future, each of the seven sales regions in Germany will be supported by three sales employees.

“We clearly see a trend towards de-globalisation in the partner and customer landscape. Local and trustworthy security providers, such as G DATA CyberDefense, are in demand. We serve not only the enterprise segment, but also the SME sector in particular. With our sales team, we are very close to our partners and customers. That is our recipe for success and we are also building on this with our new sales team,” says Cornelia Lehle, Head of Sales DACH at G DATA CyberDefense.

Pia Schmidt-Wallesch and Lea Wübbelmann are Channel Account Managers at G DATA CyberDefense. Felix Adami, Sebastian Eisenstein and Felix Gehlen work as Key Account Managers. Together with the entire sales team, they want to provide partners and customers with even closer and more personal support – with the mission of protecting companies from cyberattacks, with security “Made in Germany”.
