G&N Group acquires WIESENT Sicherheitssysteme GmbH

The G&N Group is consistently continuing its growth course in security technology and expanding its nationwide presence through the merger with WIESENT Sicherheitssysteme GmbH. The established specialist company based in Wörthsee near Munich has been part of the G&N Group since January 2026 and particularly strengthens the group’s market position in the Munich metropolitan region.

With this merger, the G&N Group is now represented throughout Germany from Hamburg to Munich and from Langenfeld to Dresden and employs over 500 people. The integration of WIESENT specifically complements the Group’s existing service portfolio in the area of fire alarm and security technology.

Strengthening the service portfolio

WIESENT Sicherheitssysteme has been a recognised specialist in the planning, installation and maintenance of fire alarm systems since 2007. In addition, the range of services includes voice alarm systems, burglar alarm technology and video surveillance systems. The company primarily serves public sector clients and industrial companies with high security requirements.

Within the G&N Group, WIESENT Sicherheitssysteme will remain an independent specialist company. Its proven structures, technical expertise and regional market competence will be further developed in a targeted manner and integrated into the Group’s nationwide network.

Continuity in leadership and expertise

The merger does not involve the previous owner stepping down. Michael Wiesent, sole shareholder of WIESENT Sicherheitssysteme GmbH, will remain closely associated with the company in the future and will continue to contribute his many years of experience to the strategic and operational development of the business. This ensures a high degree of continuity for customers, partners and employees.

Expansion of nationwide presence

With the acquisition of WIESENT Sicherheitssysteme, the G&N Group is underlining its claim to be a high-performance, nationwide provider of security and fire alarm technology. The strategic merger creates the basis for further growth, stronger regional roots in southern Germany and the expansion of integrated security solutions for demanding applications.

The merger thus marks another milestone in the consistent expansion of the G&N Group within the German security industry.
