Gunnebo Safe Storage has launched its latest product range, Securebattery, designed to meet the increasing demands for secure battery storage and charging. Batteries are essential to a wide range of industries today, but their storage also presents significant risks – from thermal runaway to the release of hazardous gases.

- Securebattery Professional: This version impresses with comprehensive fire protection. The cabinets are made of fire-resistant materials that are certified to withstand extreme temperatures and provide up to 180 minutes of internal fire protection and 90 minutes of external protection.
- Securebattery Lite: A flexible, more compact solution that meets basic protection requirements and is ideal for integration into a range of operational environments.
Both variants are equipped with state-of-the-art fire protection systems. These include smoke detectors, temperature sensors and automatic fire extinguishing systems that have been specially optimised for the risks of battery fires. These systems are designed to react quickly in the event of a fire and to fight the fire before it can spread.
