Experienced security industry executive to lead regional strategy and organizational development as i-PRO enters its next phase of growth across EMEA
i-PRO has appointed Steve Riley as President EMEA, strengthening its regional leadership as the company continues to expand its business across Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
In his new role, Riley will assume overall leadership of i-PRO’s EMEA organization, with responsibility for regional strategy, organizational development, governance and business leadership. His appointment comes as the company adapts its management structure to support further growth and address the increasing complexity of its operations across the region.
Jose Riolobos will continue as Vice President of Sales, EMEA, leading the company’s commercial expansion with a focus on customer and partner engagement as well as accelerating sales growth throughout the region. The leadership structure is intended to combine strategic and organizational development with a continued focus on market expansion.
Riley brings more than 25 years of leadership experience in the security and technology industries, spanning electronic security, access control and fire safety. During his career, he has led international businesses and transformation initiatives across EMEA, APAC and global markets, with responsibilities covering commercial growth, operations, product strategy and business development.
His previous senior leadership positions include roles at Stanley Security and ADT. Most recently, Riley served as Global Division Director, PAC GDX at Comelit Group, where he was responsible for the company’s integrated access control and security division.
“EMEA is a key growth region for i-PRO, and Steve’s appointment reflects our ambition to build on the strong momentum we have already achieved,” said Masato Nakao, CEO of i-PRO. “With his extensive industry experience and proven track record of leading international security businesses, Steve will further strengthen the operational capabilities of i-PRO EMEA’s business functions.”
Working alongside Riolobos and the wider regional team, Riley will be tasked with strengthening i-PRO’s organizational capabilities and supporting the next stage of its expansion across EMEA.
The appointment also underscores the strategic importance of the EMEA market for i-PRO as the company continues to develop its portfolio of AI-enabled, cybersecure and open-platform security technologies.
