i-PRO launches revamped EMEA partner programme to promote collaborative innovation

June 19, 2025

i-PRO Co., Ltd. (formerly Panasonic Security), a leading global manufacturer of edge computing cameras for security and public safety applications, has announced a comprehensive redesign of its EMEA partner programme. With the relaunch, i-PRO aims to expand its partner ecosystem in a future-oriented manner and establish sustainable innovation partnerships.

The new programme was unveiled at the i-PRO EMEA i-Summit 2025 in Barcelona and underscores i-PRO’s position as one of the most partner-centric players in the security industry. At its core is a strategic shift towards innovation-driven partnerships, ethically responsible AI and close cross-sector collaboration – particularly in safety-critical areas such as transportation, large events, stadiums and smart cities.

Two new partner tiers: Fuji and Torii

The revised partner programme is based on a new two-tier model that reflects i-PRO’s Japanese corporate culture:

  • Fuji Partner: Select elite partners with proven innovation, deep technical expertise and long-term partnership.
  • Torii Partner: New, promising partners who share i-PRO’s values and want to grow within the community.

Unlike traditional programmes, i-PRO places particular emphasis on knowledge transfer, technical certifications and shared responsibility for technological developments – not just on sales.

Comprehensive benefits for partners

Members of the programme benefit from a wide range of advantages:

  • Extended warranty terms
  • Preferential prices and discounts on demo equipment
  • Personal local support from day one
  • Ongoing training for technical and sales teams
  • Joint marketing activities
  • Exclusive access to the EZ2 partner portal
  • Invitations to community events and annual summits in Europe

‘Our partners are not just resellers – they are co-creators,’ explains Jose Riolobos, President of i-PRO EMEA. ‘Together, we are creating a collaborative community that is defining the future of intelligent security solutions. The key to success lies in trusting, long-term relationships.’

Quality ‘Made in Japan’ and practical training

Partners gain insights into the Japanese philosophy of precision and quality, which is also reflected in the latest camera models – produced at the state-of-the-art i-PRO factory in Saga, Japan.

For technical training, i-PRO offers the i-PRO Active Learning Platform – a multilingual online training portal with practical courses on AI analysis, VMS integration, camera configuration and much more. Participants are guided step by step from unpacking to commissioning. Successful graduates receive certification – an increasingly important criterion in a market with a growing demand for certified expertise.

Responsibility and growth – together with the right partners

DNCS is an example of this partnership in action: ‘Working with i-PRO has fundamentally changed our approach to security innovation. The new partner programme provides us with the tools, insights and exchange we need to implement intelligent and efficient solutions,’ says Gust Dierckx, founder and owner of DNCS.

With its recent certification to ISO/IEC 42001 for AI management, i-PRO is the first company in the security industry to meet an international standard for ethical AI leadership – further proof of its commitment to responsible technology, which is also reflected in its partner programme.
