IONOS and NovaStor join forces for cloud backup from Germany

January 18, 2024

IT companies IONOS and NovaStor are launching a partnership at the start of 2024 to provide their customers with even easier and more efficient access to reliable cloud storage. NovaStor GmbH is now offering cloud storage from IONOS in its product portfolio.

The integration of IONOS Cloud Storage into the NovaStor DataCenter backup and restore solution offers SMEs decisive advantages. IONOS, the leading European digitization partner for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), ensures that all data is hosted 100% in German data centers. This not only guarantees the highest security standards, but also complies with data protection guidelines.

A special feature of the partnership is the seamless integration of IONOS Cloud Storage into the NovaStor platform. Customers can now manage their cloud storage directly from the NovaStor DataCenter software without having to sign a separate contract with IONOS. This not only offers a significant simplification of management, but also allows customers to control all aspects of their data backup in one interface.

Wolfgang Rudloff, Senior Backup Consultant at NovaStor, emphasizes the advantages of the cooperation: “This partnership gives our customers the opportunity to benefit from the proven quality of IONOS Cloud Storage without having to accept the complexity of separate contracts and interfaces. We are convinced that this collaboration will further increase the efficiency and user-friendliness of our solutions.”
