Keenfinity Group launches new brand Iqsight for video and analytics business

February 19, 2026

The Keenfinity Group is restructuring its video surveillance and intelligent video analytics business and launching Iqsight as a separate brand and business unit. All activities related to camera technologies and AI-based video analytics will be bundled under the new name in future.

Existing products in this technology field, which were previously marketed under the Bosch brand, will also be gradually converted to the Iqsight name.

Strategic realignment following change of ownership

The Keenfinity Group was formed as part of the acquisition of the former Video, Access and Intrusion, and Communication business units from Bosch Building Technologies. The transaction was announced in December 2023 and completed on 1 July 2024.

The organisation has a total of around 4,300 employees at more than 90 locations worldwide.

During a defined transition phase, the Bosch brand will remain present in the market, but in the long term there will be a complete migration to the new Iqsight brand identity. At the same time, the company emphasises that the technological basis and existing know-how will be retained and will continue to form the basis for product development.

Focus on AI and data-based decision-making processes

According to the company, Iqsight will increasingly rely on AI-supported video functions in the future to make security processes more efficient. The aim is to identify relevant events more quickly, evaluate data in context and support decision-making processes in security-critical environments.

Sabrina Stainburn, CEO of Iqsight, points out that customers are increasingly dependent on reliable information as security environments become more complex and dynamic. Iqsight’s solutions are therefore designed to provide accurate alerts and robust analytics to identify patterns early on and enable informed decisions. At the same time, the company builds on a technological foundation of more than six decades of development experience in professional video security.

‘Intelligence First’: Analysis directly at the edge

A central component of the new strategy is a so-called ‘intelligence first’ approach. This involves integrating analysis functions directly at the edge – i.e. in the cameras or close to the data source. Processing is preferably carried out within existing video management systems (VMS), while cloud services are only to be used where they offer clear added value.

This architecture is designed to ensure high system performance without unnecessarily complicating the infrastructure or incurring additional operating costs. At the same time, the concept aims to generate practical insights from video data that support both security processes and operational procedures.

Presentation of new solutions at ISC West

Iqsight plans to present a broader portfolio of AI-based solutions for the first time at the ISC West security trade fair in Las Vegas (25–27 March). The applications are aimed at educational institutions, public authorities, critical infrastructures, the transport sector and smart city environments, among others.

The announced highlights include:

  • Analysis software for object classification, counting and attribute recognition – such as vehicle models or clothing features – to support proactive security strategies
  • GenAI-supported scene understanding that interprets complex situations without relying on specific training scenarios
  • A new platform architecture that powers the current generation of cameras, including models such as Flexidome dual 7100i IR, Autodome 7100i IR and the Dinion 7100s series
  • Scalable, evidence-based analysis results in cooperation with established VMS providers such as Genetec and Milestone

Continuity despite a new brand identity

With Iqsight, the Keenfinity Group is pursuing a strategic positioning that combines innovation and continuity. While the brand is new to the market, the focus remains on high-performance video security in the premium segment. The aim is to provide security managers with tools that improve operational processes, identify risks at an early stage and facilitate data-based decisions.
