Cloudflare partners with KnowBe4 to reduce risky behaviour through integration to support real-time security coaching.

KnowBe4, provider of the world’s largest platform for security awareness training and simulated phishing, announced that its SecurityCoach product will be integrated with Cloudflare’s Cloud Email Security. The two security companies have partnered to reduce risky behaviour through product integration to support real-time security coaching.

The solution helps IT security professionals develop a strong security culture by providing real-time security coaching to their users in response to risky security behaviour. IT security professionals can configure their real-time coaching campaigns to instantly provide their users with a security tip about a detected event by leveraging a company’s existing IT security stack.

“Cloudflare joins our ecosystem of technology partners, which is growing rapidly to enrich support for our customers and strengthen their organisation’s ‘human firewall’,” said Stu Sjouwerman, CEO of KnowBe4. “KnowBe4 is proud to work with Cloudflare to provide seamless integration with our SecurityCoach product, which aims to deliver real-time IT security coaching and advice to help end users improve their cybersecurity knowledge and strengthen their role in contributing to a strong security culture. KnowBe4 is actively working with Cloudflare to provide an API-based integration to connect our platform with systems that IT security professionals are already using to make new product adoption a simple and consistent process for their teams.”

“When we talk to CISOs – whether at Fortune 500 companies, start-ups or non-profits – email security is the biggest threat vector they face,” said Alex Dyner, Senior Vice President, Special Projects at Cloudflare. “We are excited about the integration with KnowBe4, which will enable our mutual customers to provide real-time coaching to their employees when a phishing campaign is detected by Cloudflare’s cloud email security. This will help reduce the human errors that lead to phishing attacks.”

KnowBe4 will provide step-by-step guidance and recommendations to help IT security professionals quickly and easily integrate and synchronise data during the implementation process.

KnowBe4 solutions are either integrated or work with over 20 of the world’s leading cybersecurity platforms in the areas of endpoint, network, identity, cloud and data security: https://www.knowbe4.com/integrations.
