Bremen regional group: Daniel Schleimer elected as new chairman

Daniel Schleimer, authorised signatory at VSU Vereinigte Sicherheitsunternehmen GmbH, has been elected as the new chairman of the BDSW regional group in Bremen. He will be supported by Benedikt Bertram, managing director of elko Sicherheit GmbH & Co.

KG, NL Bremen, Benedikt Bertram, Managing Director of KÖTTER SE & Co. KG, Bremen, and Kanut Seddig, Managing Director of Securitas GmbH Sicherheitsdienste für Securitas GmbH, Bremen.

Daniel Schleimer succeeds Andreas Segler, who did not stand for re-election as chairman of the Bremen regional group after 12 years in office. Kanut Seddig was re-elected by the general meeting.

‘I would like to express my sincere thanks to Mr Segler for his commitment over the past years. I look forward to working with the regional group to represent the interests of security companies in Bremen and would like to thank everyone for the trust they have placed in me,’ said Schleimer after the election.

During the meeting, the company representatives elected the chairman and three deputies, as well as the collective bargaining committee for the next round of collective bargaining negotiations for private security in Bremen. The employer committee will now consist of:

  • Daniel von Grumbkow, Managing Director, KÖTTER SE & Co. KG Security, Hamburg

  • Kanut Seddig, Managing Director, Securitas GmbH Sicherheitsdienste
  • Andreas Segler, Managing Director, Niedersächsische Wach- und Schliessgesellschaft Eggeling & Schorling KG
  • Christian Setter, Head of Security Services, Dussmann Service Deutschland GmbH
