Strengthening RFID and IoT solutions ‘Made in Germany’

KATHREIN Solutions GmbH is setting the course for the next phase of development: Lenbach Capital (Munich) is now taking over KATHREIN Solutions GmbH, following its acquisition of Kathrein Broadcast GmbH at the beginning of the year. The new ownership structure will ensure operational continuity while creating additional strategic scope for growth, innovation and scaling.

The focus of the takeover is explicitly not on restructuring, but on the targeted further development of an established technology provider with a clear growth agenda. For customers, partners and employees, this means above all predictability, reliability and perspective. KATHREIN Solutions can consistently expand its portfolio of robust and secure RFID and IoT solutions and further strengthen its market presence – with a clear commitment to quality and development ‘Made in Germany’.

The company builds on its proven core competencies: high-frequency engineering, technical product and solution development, and strong partner management. The solution portfolio remains clearly aligned with the requirements of modern industrial, logistics and infrastructure processes.

‘Stability in day-to-day business – and tailwind for growth. That’s exactly what the new ownership structure creates. Added to this are synergy effects with Kathrein Broadcast in the area of critical infrastructure,’ says Dr Hans Liebler, founder of Lenbach Capital.

From the management’s point of view, the focus is also on operational strength: ‘Above all, we offer our customers and partners predictability, technical depth and implementation power. We develop solutions, drive projects forward together with partners and support integration with engineering and know-how,’ explains Thomas Brunner, Managing Director of KATHREIN Solutions GmbH.

KATHREIN Solutions thus continues to position itself as a reliable technology partner for robust, secure and scalable systems that function in everyday industrial life – from logistics processes to demanding applications in critical infrastructure. The acquisition by Lenbach Capital creates a stable foundation and new growth momentum within the security and industrial sectors.
