MaxxVision presents new products from the fields of image processing, measurement technology and automation at Control in Stuttgart

MaxxVision GmbH will be presenting smart cameras, vision sensors and a “high-res” application from Hikrobot and Myutron at Control. The value-added distributor for machine vision and automation components is a co-exhibitor at the Fraunhofer special show “Non-contact measurement technology”.

For the first time, MaxxVision will be part of the joint Fraunhofer stand in Hall 8, where the Stuttgart-based company will be presenting new products for the fields of image processing, measurement technology and automation.

Smart cameras up to 25 MP resolution and vision sensors

The smart cameras of the SC6000 series are not only a highly attractive solution for tasks such as positioning, measurement and identification in various applications from an economic point of view, but also impress with their high performance and adaptability to a wide range of environments. Based on a powerful embedded platform, the intelligent cameras have distinctive AI capabilities. With the integrated Vision Master image processing software, which makes over 140 algorithm functions freely usable, the cameras offer powerful processing capacity as well as a high level of user-friendliness and flexibility.

The combination of a 10 GigE Vision camera from Hikrobot with 151 MP resolution and the telecentric lenses of the new BTL series from Myutron, also with 151 MP and integrable LED spot lighting, makes it possible to recognise even the smallest structures.

The 10 GigE camera MV-CH1510-10FM from Hikrobot uses the IMX411 rolling shutter CMOS sensor from Sony to transmit uncompressed, high-quality images in real time – at a resolution of 151 MP and 6.2 fps. The GigE Vision V2.0 and GenICam compatible camera transmits data via 10GigE over fibre over distances of up to 300 m. Binning, LSC sequencer, FFC and other ISP functions are also supported. Thanks to TEC technology, the sensor temperature can be reduced to ensure high-quality images even under long exposure conditions.

The BTL series from Myutron includes high-resolution, telecentric lenses that are suitable for area scan and matrix cameras with resolutions of up to 151 megapixels (3.76 μm/pixel) and 127 megapixels (3.45 μm/pixel). They are also compatible with line scan cameras up to 16K resolution (5μm and 3.5μm). The lenses are particularly suitable for recognising very fine patterns and structures thanks to their very high light intensity. For even better results, we recommend the LED spot lights from Myutron, which can be integrated into the lenses.
