Morse Watchmans presents the latest developments in the Keywatcher system

January 29, 2026

Morse Watchmans, a leading provider of electronic key and asset management solutions, presented the latest generation of its Keywatcher system at the Intersec security trade fair in Dubai. The completely redesigned system offers users significantly more flexibility by allowing it to be operated both as a stand-alone solution and as a fully networked platform.

The new Keywatcher generation has been specifically designed to meet the diverse requirements of modern organisations – from small businesses with simple security needs to global enterprises with complex, multi-site key management processes.

‘We have reached a point where “one size fits all” security solutions no longer work for our customers,’ explains Tim Purpura, Vice President of Global Sales and Marketing at Morse Watchmans. ‘When developing the new Keywatcher system, we took a practical approach: some users need a simple, standalone key deposit system, while others require a large-scale, networked enterprise solution. With the new system, we bridge the gap between these two worlds – without the usual implementation and scaling problems.’

Scalable key management for growing requirements

The latest developments in Keywatcher, the flagship product in Morse Watchmans’ portfolio, enable companies to gradually expand their key management. Organisations can start with a compact stand-alone solution and easily integrate it into a networked infrastructure as needed, without additional complexity or system breaks.

Intelligent locker and emergency solutions

In addition to the Keywatcher system, Morse Watchmans also presented its Smartkey Locker Systems at Intersec. These electronic locker solutions have been specially developed for the secure storage, tracking and access control of larger assets. The Smartkey Lockers can be integrated into existing access control systems and can be configured for both shared use and personal allocation to increase transparency and accountability.

Also presented was the Emergency Key Grab (EKG) – a secure emergency solution that gives emergency services quick access to keys in the event of an emergency. At the same time, the system ensures controlled release and complete logging, so that security and compliance requirements are met even in critical situations.

Complementary solutions in the area of inventory management

In addition, the parent company SupplyPoint showcased the Rotoflex intelligent inventory management system.

The robust steel system is designed for controlled access to personal protective equipment (PPE), MRO materials, tools, spare parts and other high-value goods. Each Rotoflex unit can carry up to 200 kilograms and can be divided into up to 507 compartments – while still being suitable for standard doors.
