Christian Cabirol took up his position as Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of MOBOTIX AG on April 01, 2023. As announced on February 06, 2023, Christian Cabirol will be responsible for all R&D focus areas and technology partnerships as key elements of the solution-oriented strategy.

“We must continue to focus on the values that have made us strong. Quality “Made in Germany” with the cameras carefully assembled by hand at our Langmeil site is a real advantage. Our video systems’ flexibility and the highest cyber security, with their decentralized architecture, are firmly anchored in the MOBOTIX DNA. This requires constant curiosity and an unconditional willingness to develop groundbreaking, effective, and appropriate solutions for our customers’ needs. We want to deliver tangible benefits for the core industries we serve with our partners. I will do my utmost to achieve this,” emphasizes Christian Cabirol.

More than safety – improving processes, generating revenue

One focus in the coming years will be collecting, combining, and analyzing data generated around video technology. Combining the data, for example, via SCADA systems in the industry, opens up almost unlimited possibilities for individual requirements. “With intelligent MOBOTIX video systems, processes can be improved and revenues increased. In addition, you can relieve people and make their lives easier,” adds Christian Cabirol.

“Intelligent video technology now offers much more than just security. Our customers expect an attractive return on investment (ROI). The example of a foundry project impressively demonstrates that we can deliver this. Our video systems in process monitoring paid for themselves within two months and have since significantly contributed to earnings. We can accomplish something like this in many areas.”

With its high-performance end-to-end solutions, MOBOTIX AG focuses on key vertical markets, such as industry & manufacturing, energy & utilities, government, education, healthcare, and logistics.
