NTT DATA: New Executive Managing Director for the DACH region

IT and business transformation expert Michael Seiger is taking over as head of NTT DATA in Germany, Austria and Switzerland with immediate effect. In his new role as Executive Managing Director DACH, he succeeds Stefan Hansen and reports directly to Anne-Sophie Lotgering, CEO Europe
Seiger brings with him many years of management experience from senior positions at Wipro, Atos, Lycos and Accenture. Most recently, he was Head of Germany and Austria at Wipro. His expertise in sales, innovation and team development will drive NTT DATA’s growth in the DACH region and further strengthen its market position as a leading IT service provider.
‘Working closely with our customers, partners and the management team, Michael Seiger will ensure that NTT DATA is perceived as the preferred partner for innovation and measurable results in the DACH region,’ emphasises Anne-Sophie Lotgering. At the same time, she thanked Stefan Hansen for his successful work in integrating regional business activities and establishing One NTT DATA
Seiger himself sees his appointment as a clear mission: ‘I am proud to be able to lead NTT DATA in the DACH region. With global strength, technological expertise and an outstanding team, we will accelerate the digital transformation of our customers and achieve a lasting impact.’
He studied computer science at the Technical University of Munich and has also completed executive education programmes at Harvard Business School, HEC Paris and Columbia Business School.
