PCS Systemtechnik achieves record sales and focuses on digital services for sustainable growth

October 15, 2025

PCS Systemtechnik, a leading German provider of time recording and building security solutions, closed the fiscal year on June 30, 2025, with revenue growth of 10% to €29.3 million. In a challenging economic environment, the company achieved the best results in its history while setting the strategic course for the digital future.

Strongest fiscal year in the company’s history

With annual sales of around €29.3 million, PCS can look back on the most successful fiscal year in its history. The company is using this solid foundation to make targeted investments in the further development of its products as well as in cloud offerings and digital services. A central component of the new strategy is the development of a comprehensive service portfolio under the name “PCS Software-as-a-Service.”

Strategic focus on digital services

“The market is currently presenting companies with major challenges. We are convinced that our digital strategy is the right way forward,” explains Managing Director Walter Elsner. “The new services will make our customer relationships even more intensive and our sustainable solutions will unlock new potential. “

The new offering includes the secure, fully PCS-operated deployment of the company’s proprietary software solutions – including maintenance, backup, updates, and ongoing support from the PCS team.

”With the increasing shortage of skilled workers in the IT sector, interest in outsourced services is growing,” adds Managing Director Ulrich Kastner-Jung.
“We help our customers reduce the complexity of modern security systems and outsource their expertise to us in a targeted manner. PCS takes over operations – reliably, future-proof, and customer-oriented.”

Sustainability as a strategic guiding principle

PCS is consistently committed to sustainable growth and long-term value creation. The company’s strategy combines economic stability with social responsibility and ecological foresight. Digitalization plays a central role in this: it helps to make processes more efficient, conserve resources, and develop new sustainable solutions.

A current example of this is the newly published PCS Sustainability Report, which transparently shows how the company is pursuing its goals in the areas of environment, society, and corporate governance. The report is available for download on the PCS website: www.pcs.com
