Primion sets the tone for next-level security at Security Expo Berlin

September 29, 2025

With innovative solutions, artificial intelligence and converged security, Primion is setting the tone for tomorrow’s security at the trade fair in Berlin – and impressing industry experts and police chief Dr Barbara Slowik Meisel alike.

The premiere of SicherheitsExpo Berlin was a complete success for Primion. The trade fair took place in the capital for the first time – and provided the perfect stage to present innovations, expertise and fresh ideas in the field of security and workforce management.

The focus of the trade fair presentation was the new Analytics Tool – a business intelligence solution that efficiently supports data-driven decision-making processes. In addition, there were other new products that demonstrated how modern security concepts work in practice through the smart combination of Converged Security, artificial intelligence and intuitive operation.

The visit by Dr Barbara Slowik Meisel, Chief of Police in Berlin and patron of the trade fair, attracted particular attention. At the Primion stand, she learned all about the new technologies and exchanged views with the team on current security challenges.

In the expert forum, Alexander Friesen, Director of Research & Development at Primion, provided exciting insights with his presentation ‘IoT in OT Security: Prevent. Protect. Preserve.’ Using the example of an airport, he showed how IoT solutions can be securely integrated into complex environments – a particularly relevant topic for critical infrastructures.

Primion’s conclusion is thoroughly positive: on both days of the trade fair, the global solution provider impressed with innovative solutions, practical presentations and in-depth technical discussions.

‘We are thrilled with the response and delighted to have been part of this premiere,’ sums up the Primion team. With this strong start, Primion once again underlines its role as a driving force for the security of tomorrow.
