Primion Technology GmbH, based in southern Germany, announces that it is acquiring all shares in primion AG, based in Tuggen, Canton of Schwyz. This places the close cooperation that has existed within the Primion Group for many years on a new, consolidated footing.

primion AG was founded on 31 January 2002 to bring the Primion Group’s solutions even closer to Swiss customers. Since then, the company has operated as an independent provider in the fields of access control, time and attendance, visitor management and security management, focusing on the markets of Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein. With its owner-managed, personalised approach, primion AG has established strong regional roots and positioned itself as a reliable partner for companies of various sizes and across different sectors.

The acquisition follows a clear strategic logic: Primion Technology GmbH is systematically expanding its market position in Switzerland, strengthening primion AG’s existing customer relationships in Switzerland whilst also targeting larger corporate clients in future

Furthermore, all specialist departments of Primion Technology GmbH are now available: from sales and technical support to central internal services.
