Security services provider Prosero Security is strengthening its market organisation in Germany and has appointed Gerrit Fleischer as Country Manager for Germany and the DACH region. The role forms part of the company’s long-term strategy to establish itself as a leading security technology service partner in Europe.

Germany is one of Prosero’s most important growth markets. With the takeover of GOLDfunk Sicherheitstechnik in December 2025, as well as further acquisitions such as Weckbacher Sicherheitssysteme and Mittermeier Sicherheitstechnik, the company has significantly expanded its presence in recent months.

In his new role, Fleischer will strengthen links between the German sites, leverage synergies and intensify cooperation with partners and suppliers. He will also drive further growth and support expansion through targeted acquisitions in the DACH region.

Fleischer joins from Roto Frank Holding AG, where he served as Head of Strategy & Business Development. There, he gained extensive experience in implementing buy-and-build strategies, international expansion and establishing entrepreneurial organisational structures.

Gerrit Fleischer adds: Prosero has already established a robust platform in Germany, which is now to be further developed. The aim is to successfully shape the next phase of growth in collaboration with the local teams.

Fleischer will take up his new position in April 2026. With this appointment, Prosero Security underscores its ambition to develop the DACH region into a key core market in the coming years.
