Qognify Becomes Part of Hexagon

Qognify, a provider of video (VMS) and enterprise incident management (EIM) solutions, has announced that it is now part of Hexagon. Qognify joins the Safety, Infrastructure & Geospatial division of Hexagon, following the completion of its acquisition announced December 19, 2022.

Steven Cost, President, Hexagon’s Safety, Infrastructure & Geospatial division, states: “Qognify extends our real-time monitoring and security reach to detect, assess, and respond to incidents, providing a more robust offering to the markets we serve.”

Qognify’s world-class video management software (Qognify VMS) and enterprise incident management platform (Situator) complement Hexagon’s broad technology portfolio including HxGN OnCall Dispatch in public safety and HxGN Connect in the smart cities and manufacturing sector, where there is increasing demand for comprehensive surveillance and intelligence, from video and other security systems. Qognify also extends Hexagon’s reach into other markets including commercial, retail, financial and business services, where its solutions can also aid enterprise operations.
