Rosenbauer International AG: Changes to the Supervisory Board

By resolution of today’s 31st Annual General Meeting of Rosenbauer International AG, the maximum number of capital representatives on the Supervisory Board was extended from four previously to a maximum of six in future. Consequently, the mandate of Martin Zehnder, 55, was extended for a further term of five years. Jörg Astalosch, 51, was newly elected to the supervisory board and will contribute his many years of experience in the automotive and truck industry. The supervisory body now has five capital representatives.

In the subsequent constituent meeting of the supervisory board, there was a change at the top of the body: Rainer Siegel, 60, was appointed as the new chairman. Christian Reisinger will serve as Deputy Chairman in the future.
