SALTO deepens partnership with ESSECCA

July 3, 2023

SALTO has acquired a minority shareholding in the Austrian company ESSECCA GmbH. Along with the investment, both companies have renewed their distribution agreement, which will allow ESSECCA to continue to offer SALTO’s access solutions as exclusive distributor in the Austrian market.

The extended partnership brings SALTO closer to the Austrian market. At the same time, Austrian customers will continue to benefit from ESSECCA’s strong market expertise and presence.

The aim of the agreement is to support ESSECCA even better in its further growth and to provide an exceptional service to customers in the Austrian market. SALTO’s participation in ESSECCA will enable both parties to work together more intensively on a technical level. The combination of SALTO’s technological leadership in access control systems and ESSECCA’s experience in implementing complete solutions ensures maximum customer benefit through the digitalisation of buildings.

While ESSECCA will remain the main distributor for the SALTO portfolio in Austria, GANTNER Electronic, a member of the SALTO Group, will continue to drive its own product and solution offering in the areas of intelligent cabinet locking solutions, online access control, cashless payment and ticketing systems by integrating SALTO product lines into its own platforms.
