Bosch Building Technologies combines forces under a global brand

October 2, 2025

From January 2026, Bosch Building Technologies will operate worldwide under a single brand. The new shared name and market presence will showcase the division’s expertise and comprehensive service portfolio. The aim is to further strengthen its position as a holistic partner for security, comfort and efficiency in buildings and infrastructure.

In recent years, Bosch Building Technologies has strategically expanded its offering. Acquisitions such as building automation specialists Hörburger, GFR (now Bosch Building Automation), DMS in Germany, and North American system integrators Climatec and Paladin Technologies have not only expanded the solution and service portfolio, but also strengthened the local presence in key markets. ‘The strong growth of recent years has significantly strengthened our position as one of the leading system integrators,’ explains Frank Meyer, member of the Bosch board of management and responsible for the Energy and Building Technology business sector.

Today, Bosch Building Technologies combines decades of experience in building security, fire protection technologies, building automation and energy efficiency under one roof. ‘We support our customers as an experienced partner and offer integrated solutions that sustainably increase security, comfort and efficiency. With a uniform market presence from 2026 onwards, we are expressing this claim,’ emphasises Thomas Quante, CEO of Bosch Building Technologies.

The new global brand identity will not affect existing contracts or local customer relationships. Existing product names will remain unchanged, while regional brands will gradually be merged under the name Bosch Building Technologies. In North America, Climatec and Paladin Technologies will operate jointly under Bosch in future, creating an expanded range of services for customers.

With its unified brand, Bosch Building Technologies is strengthening its global visibility, pooling expertise and competence, and continuing on its course for further growth and long-term customer partnerships – in line with the Bosch motto ‘Technology for life’.
