Dahua’s innovative strength is based on excellent collaboration

November 8, 2022

‘Together you can achieve more than alone’ was the motto of Dahua Partner Day 2022, which took place on 20 October at Versailles – Palais des Congrès in Paris. As a specialist in security solutions, Dahua Technology, together with its 21 Eco-Partners, showed what can be expected from jointly developed innovations now and in the years to come.

It was already the fourth Dahua Partner Day, attended by over 500 guests from different countries. The aim of the day, besides presenting the latest innovations, was to promote interaction between manufacturers, partners and customers. According to David Shen, President of Dahua Western Europe, this should lead to even more innovations for customers and ultimately for society. Dahua Technology is open to collaboration and has a number of product integration opportunities on offer. Advanced solutions can be developed for security, but also for traffic management, retail, healthcare, industry in general and much more.

Smart buildings and cities
In recent years, sustainability has taken on a higher profile. Working closely with its eco-partners, Dahua Technology is able to implement smart building and even smart city solutions that combine increased comfort with lower energy consumption. Smart retail shops can also be realised in this way, where design, construction and staffing can be continuously adapted to trends in observed customer behaviour.

At the Dahua Partner Day, it was easy to see which products have emerged from the extensive requirements of digital transformation.
For example, there is the TiOC 2.0, a three-in-one camera that integrates Smart Dual Illuminators, Active Deterrence and AI in one smart and innovative solution. This saves end users a lot of time and money while offering a better ecosystem that enables more convenient operation and a better user experience.
Furthermore, concepts for smart cities were shown, where safety is enhanced through improved management efficiency and a better living environment.
In addition, numerous solutions were presented that enable retailers to conduct comprehensive operational analysis and improve the customer experience. Leon Hou, Technical Director of Dahua France, pointed out the many competitive advantages this offers retailers.

Integrated solutions
It is very important that companies think about collaboration and integration in the same way, which can easily solve the most common challenges in vertical markets. Dahua Technology maintains its openness to integration and expects the same from its eco-partners. The focus was on video surveillance in the security industry, but vertical industries are broader.

More than ten experts from the Dahua partner community gave presentations on how their solutions can add value to the end user by integrating Dahua vertical solutions and products. In total, 21 partners demonstrated the multiple benefits of their integrated solutions, focusing on different vertical and industrial use cases.

Together with its technology partners, Dahua Technology has a variety of deep integration solutions with rich features such as VDP and access control in its portfolio, providing value-added system upgrades to end users.

In addition, partners focusing on software integration can provide a unified platform with comprehensive reports and more accurate business analytics based on Dahua AI technology, allowing more verticals to benefit in their business operations.

Eco-Partner
The 21 partners who facilitated the Dahua Partner Event are 2DS LAB, Acre, ASC27, Flame Analytics, Fox Stream, GCE Electronics, GJD, GroupLotse, iRetail Check, NetworkOptix, NX4, Optex, Prysm, Qognify, Seek-One, Sensivic, Technis, VaelSys, Vauban Systems, Veesion and XXII.
