Orange Cyberdefense, the cybersecurity subsidiary of the Orange Group, has completed the acquisition of Swiss company ensec. This strategic acquisition will strengthen Orange Cyberdefense’s market position in Switzerland and throughout the German-speaking region.
The acquisition, which was completed on 23 July 2025, includes around 40 cybersecurity experts from ensec. This brings Orange Cyberdefense’s Swiss team to 140 professionals who together offer a comprehensive portfolio of security solutions for businesses of all sizes, from SMEs to multinational corporations.
ensec brings many years of experience in cybersecurity consulting, integration and managed security services and serves more than 130 customers in security-critical industries such as finance, energy, retail and the public sector. The combination of local expertise and global strength enables Orange Cyberdefense to offer tailored end-to-end solutions for the Swiss market.
