First collaboration between PlanRadar and a leading security company
PlanRadar and EVVA are pleased to announce their successful collaboration. As part of this first joint project, EVVA access solutions will be integrated into the innovative overall concept.
Partnership focus: efficiency and security combined
The partnership combines the strengths of both companies to make access to construction sites, industrial facilities and residential properties even more efficient. Specially developed middleware enables access authorisations to be distributed directly via the PlanRadar software. This allows access rights to be managed precisely and flexibly – from controlling individual locking cylinders on construction sites to the use of modern access technologies that, for example, allow estate agents to open doors via smartphone in a later phase of property development.
Step by step to a secure access solution
PlanRadar and EVVA make the entire process efficient and user-friendly: First, site managers, owners, managing directors and project managers choose PlanRadar as their central solution, where they are made aware of the integrated interface. In the next step, interested parties have the option of choosing the additional option of an EVVA access solution . In personal meetings and with the support of certified partner companies, the rest of the process is initiated. This is followed by the straightforward activation of the access function via a check box in the PlanRadar application, before projects, plans and users are systematically created and uploaded. The app is then used to transfer the project data and the assignment of users and subcontractors. After the locking system has been set up, which includes the installation of the locking cylinders and the configuration of the associated areas, the app is used to precisely assign the areas and components to the respective projects. Finally, site managers and IT administrators take over the management of the access areas so that, after successful activation, users can access the site via their smartphones.
