Salto recertified according to ISO 9001 and 14001

May 26, 2025

Salto has once again been awarded ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certification. This confirms that the company’s quality and environmental management systems meet the highest international standards.

Salto has once again demonstrated its commitment to quality and environmental protection by successfully completing the ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 audits. The audits are designed to assess companies in the key areas of quality management and environmental management, certifying their compliance with ISO standards. Salto passed both audits without a single complaint.

‘With this double certification, we are setting standards in two respects: firstly, in terms of our quality standards and, secondly, in terms of monitoring and optimising the environmental compatibility of our products and processes,’ explains Ricardo García, ESG and Quality Manager at SALTO WECOSYSTEM.

The ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certifications prove that Salto meets all the quality and environmental management requirements set out in the standards. They are further proof of SALTO WECOSYSTEM’s ongoing commitment to greater sustainability. Ricardo García emphasises: “Continuous improvement drives us forward. We want to go beyond the requirements of the standards and focus on the SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals), CO2 offsetting and sustainable design.”

For Salto, quality and environmental protection are a commitment to its customers, the environment and all stakeholders. The successful completion of the audits continues to certify maximum compliance and reliability to partners and customers.

ISO 9001 for quality management requires a management plan based on strategic guidelines that are anchored in a global sustainability strategy and focus on minimising risks and continuously improving processes and products. At the same time, the standard measures the satisfaction of users and partners to ensure that their needs are met.

ISO 14001 for environmental management requires compliance with legal requirements, consideration of the life cycle of products and services in the company’s processes, minimisation of the environmental impact caused by the company’s activities, and continuous improvement of environmental protection.
