The it-sa Expo&Congress will be bigger than ever before in 2025. From 7 to 9 October, the Nuremberg Exhibition Centre will be transformed into an international hub for cyber security – and will grow to five fully occupied halls with the addition of Hall 8. Over 950 exhibitors will demonstrate how IT security has become a key strategic industry.

The congress will run in parallel from 6 to 9 October, targeting decision-makers with high-calibre keynotes and panels. A particular focus will be on Dr Jean-Marc Rickli from the Geneva Centre for Security Policy, who analyses disruptive technologies as a geopolitical power factor.

In the forum programme with over 400 contributions, topics range from AI, zero trust and cloud security to digital sovereignty and resilience strategies to compliance, data protection and threat intelligence. Industry-specific formats – from KRITIS and healthcare to industry and administration – ensure practical relevance. Initiatives such as Women4Cyber and the CISO Alliance also bring community perspectives to the stage.

New for 2025 is AI-supported live translation between German and English, making the programme even more accessible internationally. All sessions are free of charge and will also be available via the it-sa 365 digital platform.

A Digital Preview Day on 23 September will kick off the final phase: online features such as hall plans, product searches, networking and appointment bookings will enable visitors to prepare for the trade fair in the best possible way.

The message is clear: it-sa 2025 is not only growing in terms of space – it is also underlining its claim to be Europe’s most important stage for IT security and digital resilience.
