The trade fair combines the leading international trade exhibition with a high-calibre congress that brings together practical expertise and the latest scientific findings. With over 2,200 exhibitors and a mix of international market leaders and new exhibitors, A+A 2025 offers a comprehensive overview of all relevant innovations and developments.

Experience technologies, discover trends – from exoskeletons and smart PPE to the corporate wear of the future

Visitors can look forward to numerous ideas and solutions from experts. The trade fair presents the latest technologies and products such as exoskeletons, virtual reality applications in occupational safety, drone solutions for disaster control, AI-supported risk analyses and ergonomic new work concepts. International market leaders and up-and-coming start-ups will also showcase the latest products and developments in personal protective equipment (PPE) that impressively combine safety, cost-effectiveness and sustainability.

In addition, the trade fair offers a wide range of high-quality components, fabrics and preliminary products, because the quality of components plays a decisive role in the performance and safety of work equipment.

Another highlight is the corporate wear and workwear sector, which will play an important role at A+A 2025. The requirements for modern workwear are changing rapidly: Sustainable materials, smart textiles (wearables) with integrated sensors, individual designs and gender-neutral, comfortable cuts are the focus. A+A 2025 will show what is possible – both at the exhibition stands and spectacularly staged on the fashion show stage. The A+A Congress 2025 will feature new, fresh formats that pick up on current trends and give them a practical twist. The focus will be on topics such as sustainability and the effects of climate change, the promotion of health and mental well-being in the world of work, and effective prevention strategies – especially for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). The role of digitalisation and artificial intelligence in modern occupational safety will also be examined in depth.

In addition, WearRAcon Europe, which is taking place for the second time as part of A+A, offers exciting in-depth coverage of the topic with its focus on wearable robotics and expands the congress programme with forward-looking perspectives in the field of exoskeletons for professional use. The conference is organised by Fraunhofer IPA and the IFF at the University of Stuttgart in cooperation with the Wearable Robotics Association (USA).

Promoting future technologies, providing impetus and sharing ideas

The trade fair programme is complemented by an international forum programme offering practical solutions to the challenges of the future. In the Trend Forum, leading experts provide insights into current developments and research results. For the first time, the BMWK YOUNG INNOVATORS joint stand will also be represented in the ‘Health at Work’ section. Start-ups can present their innovative solutions for occupational safety, ergonomics and prevention here – with financial support from the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Protection (BMWK).

Special attention will also be paid to the close cooperation with the Plant Fire Brigade Association, which will become a meeting place for professional and plant fire brigades from Germany and abroad at the trade fair.
