Consolidated total output in the 2024/25 financial year amounts to EUR 152 million • Growth target of 10% achieved • Investments strengthen future viability

WAGNER Group GmbH can look back on another successful financial year. Despite the continuing challenging market environment, weak global economy and rising wage, raw material and transport costs, the company once again achieved its growth target of 10% with consolidated total output of EUR 152 million in the 2024/25 financial year. With this result, WAGNER is consistently continuing its strategic growth path WAGNER.2026.

Extensive investments in the past financial year, on the one hand in the establishment and expansion of new locations in Europe and the Middle East, and on the other hand in digital processes and a new online presence, are contributing to the strategic internationalisation and future viability of the group of companies. WAGNER is thus strengthening its market position in the long term. The export quota is currently around 51%, and the trend continues to rise. At the same time, the company is consistently driving forward technological innovation with its successful research and development.

In the past financial year, WAGNER was once again named one of the TOP 100 companies for innovation management in Germany. At the product level, the focus was on the launch of the CO₂-neutral OxyReduct® F-Line fire prevention system and the approval of the OxyReduct® system by FM Approvals. This globally recognised seal of approval confirms the highest standards in performance, safety and reliability and opens up new markets and customer groups for WAGNER technology. The company also received ISO 27001 certification. The internationally recognised standard for information security management systems (ISMS) underlines that WAGNER attaches great importance to information security in addition to reliable fire protection.

Dipl.-Ing. Torsten Wagner, shareholder and managing director of WAGNER Group GmbH, thanks the employees for their outstanding work: “Success is and remains a team effort. The expertise, commitment and daily dedication of our employees worldwide form the foundation for our progress. It is a pleasure to see how we as a team are implementing the goals of our WAGNER.2026 strategy. Looking ahead to the coming financial year, we will continue on our growth course and consistently pursue our successful path in our 50th year of existence.”

With its strategic agenda WAGNER.2026, WAGNER is pursuing clear goals in the areas of innovation, internationalisation and sustainability. The positive business development confirms the effectiveness of this orientation and underlines the importance of a committed and competent team.
