Telenot expands its management team

December 9, 2025

Setting the course for the future of the group

With the appointment of Anja Wunderle and Dr Timo Stock to the management team, Telenot is strengthening its leadership structure and continuing to drive forward the generational change at the top of the company. Both have been firmly established in the company for several years and are now taking on management responsibility for Telenot Electronic GmbH and the entire group. The expansion of the management team ensures continuity, competence and sustainable growth in the field of electronic security technology and building automation.

Telenot, a renowned manufacturer of electronic security technology based in Aalen, is taking the next step towards a generational change at the top: the two managing directors Anja Wunderle and Dr Timo Stock were appointed to the management board on 1 November 2025, where they will join the team led by brothers Klaus and Peter Wunderle. Stock and Wunderle have been part of the company’s management team since 2022 and, together with the sons of company founder Helmut Wunderle, have initiated the structures for a succession plan. The duo are therefore not only members of the management board at Telenot Electronic GmbH, but also hold the same position at the parent company, Telenot Unternehmensgruppe GmbH.

A generational change with vision

The name Telenot will continue to be closely associated with the Wunderle family in the future. Anja Wunderle, daughter of Klaus Wunderle, has been a permanent fixture in the company since completing her studies in international technical sales in 2012 and has been part of the extended management team since 2017. The name Stock has also been an integral part of Telenot’s history for decades: Dr Timo Stock’s father has been working as a developer in the company for 45 years. Before joining Telenot, Dr Timo Stock held a management position at a leading global mechanical engineering company.

Strong group with a clear focus on future markets

Wunderle and Stock, who have already successfully taken over the management of operational business processes in recent years, are set to drive Telenot’s growth forward. Together, they are working to create structures that enable efficient processes and are further developing the corporate culture with a focus on effective leadership.

They are also working strategically to continue the success story that has been ongoing for almost 60 years, which is evident not only in the numerous award-winning innovations in the segments of transmission, burglar alarm, fire alarm and access control technology. In recent years, the Telenot Group has continuously expanded its portfolio in the areas of electronic security technology and building automation. The focus is now on the expansion of digital services and the quick and easy commissioning of the systems.

At the heart of the group is Telenot Electronic GmbH, founded in 1968, which stands for innovation, reliability, solidity and excellent customer service as a manufacturer of electronic security technology and alarm systems. The group also includes

  • BSN Building Security Network
  • General contractor for electronic security solutions for the requirements of large companies and chain stores
  • Telenot Smart Services
  • Provider of digital security solutions
  • TSO Security Systems
  • Certified specialist company with a regional focus on the planning, installation and maintenance of security technology, and
  • the two sales companies in Switzerland and Austria.

With TEKKO Gebäudeautomation, a provider of innovative all-in-one solutions for intelligent building automation, the group has also recently expanded its expertise in this important segment, naturally in line with Telenot’s long-standing core values of quality, flexibility and cost-effectiveness.
