Carsten Keite takes over Managing Director role – Nico Janich appointed Key Account Manager for North-West region

TKH Security GmbH is further expanding its presence in the German market and strengthening both its leadership team and sales organisation. With Carsten Keite joining the management board and Nico Janich appointed as the new Key Account Manager for the North-West region, the company gains two highly experienced industry professionals.

Carsten Keite has been serving as Managing Director of TKH Security since 1 March 2026 and is now taking over as part of a planned transition from Nana Heinemann, who will leave the company at the end of the year.

The new Managing Director brings more than 30 years of experience in the security industry. Throughout his career, he has held senior positions at manufacturers of electronic security systems. His areas of expertise include video management, access control, as well as fire and intrusion detection systems, extending to integrated security and management platforms.

In addition to his professional role, Keite is also actively engaged in voluntary work within the security sector. As Chairman and instructor of the DLRG local group Eslohe e. V., he contributes his expertise to water rescue operations and training activities.

Strengthening sales in the North-West region

Since 1 August 2026, Nico Janich has also been strengthening the TKH Security sales team. In his role as Key Account Manager for the North-West region, he is responsible for supporting system integrators, partners, consultants, and end customers. He acts as the central point of contact for existing customer relationships and the continued expansion of the regional network.

Janich also brings more than 30 years of industry experience in mechanical and electronic security technology. His previous positions include roles at ASSA ABLOY Sicherheitstechnik GmbH and ISEO Ultimate Access Technologies. His core expertise lies particularly in mechatronic and electronic access control systems.

With these appointments, TKH Security is strategically strengthening both its leadership structure and its regional market presence in Germany. The company thereby reinforces its commitment to delivering integrated security solutions combined with strong technical expertise and dedicated customer support.
