Verkada Appoints Mark Anderson to Its Board of Directors

Verkada, a provider of AI-powered physical security technology, announced the appointment of Mark Anderson to its Board of Directors. Anderson brings more than 25 years of executive leadership experience in high-growth, publicly traded technology companies to Verkada’s board. He currently serves on the Board of Directors at 1Password. In 2024, he stepped down from the Board of Cloudflare to assume the role of President of Revenue. Throughout his career, Anderson has helped scale several prominent enterprise technology companies. As CEO of Alteryx, he guided the company to over $1 billion in annual revenue, led its 2024 sale to private equity sponsors, and expanded its presence in global markets. Previously, as President of Palo Alto Networks, he was instrumental in driving the company’s growth from pre-IPO stage to more than $3.5 billion in annual revenue. During his tenure at F5 Networks, he increased annual sales to over $1 billion while overseeing global sales operations.
