PCS Systemtechnik is presenting a technological leap forward for the INTUS time and attendance systems at ZP Europe from 15 to 17 September. The focus of the exhibition stand in Hall 4.2, Stand L.55, will be on the new INTUS 7200 and INTUS 7600 time and attendance terminals, as well as the INTUS UNICOM SaaS platform. Together, they form the basis for use in cloud-native time and attendance solutions. Whilst the new generation of terminals has been developed specifically for cloud architectures, INTUS UNICOM simplifies their integration and management. This enables software partners to integrate INTUS hardware into their applications more easily and with significantly less implementation effort.
Larger displays for greater ease of use and flexibility
With the INTUS 7200 and INTUS 7600 terminals, PCS takes time and attendance to a new level. Both models combine robust industrial hardware with high standards of user-friendliness and security. Touchscreens measuring 5 and 7 inches respectively enable intuitive operation. This means that traditional function keys are no longer required at all.
The display design can be customised. Functions and user interfaces can be configured in just a few steps according to specific requirements, ensuring that information, entries and functions are presented clearly. Thanks to Ethernet, Wi-Fi and LTE, the terminals offer a high degree of flexibility in terms of network connectivity. Support for common RFID technologies, as well as integration with smartphone apps, enables digital and audit-proof time recording in day-to-day work.
With this new generation of devices, PCS is consistently committed to high security standards to protect against cyber-attacks. The INTUS 7200 and INTUS 7600 terminals feature a comprehensive security concept for use in modern IT infrastructures. End-to-end encryption, hardware-based security mechanisms, ‘security by design’ and continuous firmware and security updates ensure a high level of IT security.
New SaaS platform INTUS UNICOM simplifies integration and operation
At ZP Europe, PCS is unveiling the SaaS platform INTUS UNICOM for the first time, which simplifies both cloud initialisation and the ongoing operation of INTUS hardware. Once connected to the network, the terminals automatically connect to INTUS UNICOM via PCS Cloud Initialisation. Integration with time and attendance and HR systems takes place via a REST API. This significantly reduces the integration effort and ensures reliable data transfer to leading systems.
The devices are automatically supplied with security updates via the central platform. Furthermore, INTUS UNICOM handles tasks such as monitoring, update management and the central administration of the devices. PCS is thus offering, for the first time, a managed service concept for the operation of time recording terminals. INTUS UNICOM is not only designed for the latest INTUS time recording terminals, but is also available for the previous generation of terminals.
Time and attendance and security solutions from a single source
A particular focus of the trade fair presentation in 2026 will be on the new INTUS world of cloud-enabled hardware and SaaS platforms. Visitors to the stand can find out about the new INTUS 7200 and 7600 terminals as well as INTUS UNICOM, and discover the benefits of modern concepts for the integration, operation and management of cloud-based time and attendance systems. In addition, PCS will be providing advice at ZP Europe 2026 on its portfolio for the physical security of buildings.
