‘I am delighted to welcome SiteOwl to ASSA ABLOY,’ says Nico Delvaux, President and CEO of ASSA ABLOY. ‘This acquisition is an exciting technological addition that strengthens our existing offering in security lifecycle management and opens up additional growth opportunities.’

Lucas Boselli, Executive Vice President of ASSA ABLOY and Head of the Americas Division, also emphasises the strategic importance: “With SiteOwl, we are expanding our capabilities to optimally support the access control industry. We are changing how system integrators, service providers and end users operate their security infrastructures. SiteOwl – digital innovation from Austin

SiteOwl was founded in 2020 and is headquartered in Austin, Texas (USA). The platform helps companies plan, manage and modernise their physical security systems more efficiently throughout their entire lifecycle. With this approach, SiteOwl enables a significantly higher level of transparency, standardisation and future-proofing for operators of access solutions.

With this acquisition, ASSA ABLOY is consistently expanding its technological expertise in the field of cloud-based lifecycle management and underlining its claim to be the innovation leader in the global security industry.
