Blickfeld becomes part of Senstar

LiDAR specialist Blickfeld and Senstar Technologies Corporation, a leading international provider of physical, video and access control security products and solutions, have entered into a binding agreement whereby Blickfeld – subject to closing and regulatory approvals – will become part of Senstar. Both companies are excited to leverage synergies and work closely together, but will operate largely independently of each other. Blickfeld GmbH and its its subsidiary Blickfeld North America Inc. will continue to operate under their current names as subsidiaries of Senstar. Blickfeld’s CEO, Dr Mathias Müller, will remain in office and continue to lead his existing team.

Blickfeld was founded in 2017 by Dr Mathias Müller, Rolf Wojtech and Dr Florian Petit and develops innovative 3D LiDAR technology for applications in the security, industrial, transport and automation sectors. With its 3D security LiDAR, the company has become a market leader in the field of 3D LiDAR security solutions. Florian Petit and develops innovative 3D LiDAR technology for applications in the fields of security, industry, transport and automation. With its 3D security LiDAR QbProtect, the company has already successfully positioned itself in the security environment.
