Europol Strategy – Delivering Security in Partnership

August 7, 2023

Europol’s strategy, ‘Delivering Security in Partnership’, was adopted by Europol’s Management Board in 2023. It reflects changes in the European criminal landscape and policy context since Europol’s previous strategy was adopted in 2019, responding to developments such as COVID-19 and the war in Ukraine.

The strategy, which was created following extensive consultations with Member States and operational partners, also outlines how Europol will increase its capacities to support complex, cross-border law enforcement investigations.
