Cybersecurity services provider Integrity360 is continuing its international expansion with the acquisition of Identity specialist Cyber IAM. The transaction adds a significant new Identity Security and services practice to the group and further strengthens Integrity360’s position in one of the fastest-growing areas of the cybersecurity market. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
Founded in 2016, Cyber IAM employs approximately 120 professionals across offices in Chester and London in the UK and Cape Town in South Africa. The company specialises in Identity and Access Management and provides services to enterprise customers across a wide range of sectors, including financial services, retail, healthcare, insurance, energy, legal services and the public sector.
The acquisition comes at a time when Identity is becoming increasingly central to enterprise cybersecurity strategies. As organisations accelerate the deployment of artificial intelligence, security controls need to cover not only employees and customers, but also applications, devices, machine identities and AI agents. Authentication, authorisation and governance are therefore becoming fundamental elements of cyber resilience.
Cyber IAM has extensive expertise across the Identity lifecycle, including design and architecture, assessments, remediation, integration, deployment, strategy development and training. Its portfolio also includes support and a broad range of managed services.
Integrity360’s existing Identity services and resources will now be integrated with the Cyber IAM team. Identity managed services will also become part of Integrity360’s global Security Operations Centre infrastructure.
New strategic services practice
Cyber IAM will form a new strategic services practice within Integrity360 and will continue to be led by its current CEO, Michael Ribaudo. The new unit will sit alongside Integrity360’s seven existing specialist practices, bringing the total number to eight.
Integrity360’s global SOC operation already delivers a comprehensive portfolio of managed cybersecurity services to organisations across several continents. These include Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR), Extended Detection and Response (XDR) and Managed Detection and Response (MDR).
The combination is intended to broaden the service offering available to customers on both sides. Cyber IAM customers will gain access to Integrity360’s wider cybersecurity portfolio, while existing Integrity360 customers will be able to draw on a substantially expanded range of Identity Security and Identity services.
The acquisition also represents another significant step in Integrity360’s growth trajectory. Cyber IAM contributes approximately €18 million in revenues, taking the group’s total revenue run rate to around €230 million. Integrity360 will employ approximately 900 people following the transaction and will operate across three continents.
Ian Brown, Executive Chairman of Integrity360, said the two organisations had recognised a growing strategic alignment over time, making the transaction a natural next step for customers and employees. He described Identity as the primary control plane for modern cybersecurity and said the enlarged capability would help customers establish the secure foundations needed to adopt AI technologies with greater confidence.
According to Brown, Integrity360 also intends to support the further expansion of Cyber IAM’s operations, capabilities and international reach.
Cyber IAM CEO Michael Ribaudo described the transaction as a significant milestone in the company’s development. Since its foundation around a decade ago, Cyber IAM has grown into a specialist provider focused on protecting and managing both human and machine identities. Joining Integrity360, he said, will provide the resources and international platform required to accelerate the company’s next phase of growth.
The acquisition underlines the growing strategic importance of Identity Security within the wider cybersecurity market. As cloud environments, distributed infrastructures and AI-driven systems increase the number and complexity of digital identities, controlling access to critical systems and data is becoming an increasingly central element of enterprise security architecture.
