Oliver Schmidt appointed new managing director of VOMATEC Innovations GmbH

September 26, 2025

On September 15, 2025, Oliver Schmidt took over as managing director of VOMATEC Innovations GmbH. Based in Bad Kreuznach, the company is a specialist in operations control and management systems for public safety, plant fire departments, and critical infrastructure.

Among other things, VOMATEC develops the PSIM and incident management system ARIGON as well as the cloud-based management software FLOW for fire departments. An important innovation: ARIGON PSIM is now also available as a standalone solution. In the future, it will be distributed exclusively through indirect channels, i.e., through installers and integrators.

“We have exciting years ahead of us, which I am looking forward to – together with our team, our partners, and our customers,” emphasizes Oliver Schmidt. The experienced manager brings with him many years of expertise in incident management for public transport and critical infrastructure and sees great opportunities for further developing VOMATEC both nationally and internationally.

The next opportunity for exchange will be in the fall: Oliver Schmidt will be at the PMRExpo in Cologne from November 25 to 27, 2025. On the first day of the trade fair, he will invite partners and interested parties to a joint breakfast.

The company also announces that it will be presenting further news shortly.
