The growing integration of physical security, identity management and digital processes is the focus of primion Technology GmbH’s exhibition at this year’s SicherheitsExpo 2026. On 1 and 2 July 2026 at the MOC Event Centre, Messe München, the company will present solutions relating to converged security and workforce management.
At Stand B11 in Hall 1, Primion will demonstrate how access control, identity management and workforce solutions can be integrated into a single security architecture. The aim is to avoid fragmented data structures and isolated security systems and instead create end-to-end security and operational processes.
Converged security is gaining in importance
With the increasing digitalisation of business sites and critical infrastructure, the need for integrated security platforms is growing. Traditional, separate systems are increasingly reaching their limits, particularly in complex corporate structures, multi-site environments or hybrid working models.
Primion addresses this trend with an approach that links physical and digital identities. This enables companies to identify security gaps more quickly, automate processes and respond faster in an emergency. At the same time, the link between security and operational efficiency is coming into sharper focus.
According to the company, the solutions presented demonstrate how resilient security ecosystems can be built without slowing down business processes. Particularly in critical operational environments, the ability to centrally control security systems and consistently analyse data is increasingly becoming a strategic factor.
Presentation on the strategic role of modern access solutions
Another highlight of the trade fair appearance is the presentation by Francis Cepero on 2 July from 1 pm. Entitled “Security as a strategic lever: How modern access solutions put people at the centre”, the talk will explore how modern access control systems are evolving from mere control tools into integrated management and resilience platforms.
This is no longer solely about access rights or building security, but increasingly about the interplay between compliance, operational processes, user-friendliness and security strategy.
Security industry increasingly relies on integrated platforms
Primion’s trade fair presence reflects a general shift within the security industry. Whilst traditional access control was long viewed primarily as an isolated building function, the focus is increasingly shifting towards networked security platforms with centralised identity and process management.
Integrated solutions that combine physical security, digital identities and organisational processes are becoming increasingly important, particularly in KRITIS environments, industrial facilities, corporate campuses and government agencies. SecurityExpo 2026 is therefore likely to demonstrate once again that convergence, automation and resilience are among the key development trends in modern security architectures.
