Security Essen – Booth 7C16: P-BUS CO2 sensor module CO2SM

September 18, 2022

The integrated CO2 sensor is used to measure the indoor air quality and the associated carbon dioxide content, which is an indicator of indoor air quality, and in small quantities is harmless to the environment and living creatures. However, once it exceeds a certain concentration, it impedes oxygen uptake and can cause various symptoms depending on the level: Fatigue, dizziness, shortness of breath and fainting are possible consequences.
To avoid these cases, it is important to measure this parameter, be it indoor air quality in offices, classrooms, training rooms, day care centers and production facilities.

Special features of the product are:

  • Can be connected to MC 1500 control panels via the peripheral bus
  • Measuring range CO2 from 400 ppm to 2000 ppm
  • Up to three threshold values and hysteresis adjustable
  • Display of the sensor values on the system control units of the MC 1500 control panels and in the APPSecurity Essen
